Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics establishes fundamental principles to guide employee behaviour. Employee conduct policies and programs back up the code, which is reinforced through employee training.
We have zero tolerance for illegal or unethical behaviour, which is reflected in our relevant policies, such as those on conflicts of interest, gifts and entertainment, money laundering and counter-terrorism, fraud, sanctions, outside activities, political contributions, and bribery and corruption. Any employee who violates the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics or any of our other policies faces disciplinary action.
KGH holds those who represent us to the same high standards, and we conduct appropriate due diligence on our business partners based on the risks they present, including the risk of corruption. The Supplier Code of Conduct and Ethics of KGH outlines the minimum expectations and standards of all KGH Suppliers in terms of human rights, inclusion and diversity, environmental sustainability, integrity and ethics in management practices.
